AS 4349.3
The Australian Standard for timber pest inspections. Covers termites, borers, fungal decay, and conducive conditions.
AS 4349.3-2010 (Inspections of Buildings, Part 3: Timber Pest Inspections) is the standard for the pest portion of a building + pest combo, or a standalone pest inspection.
Scope covers three categories: subterranean termites, drywood termites and borers, and wood-decay fungi. Plus an assessment of conducive conditions.
Note: AS 4349.3 is condition assessment of an existing building. It's different from AS 3660 (termite management for new construction).
