LIMITATIONS

What this standard doesn't cover

AS 4349.0 is a visual inspection standard. It does not include destructive investigation (no opening up of walls or ceilings), electrical or gas compliance testing, structural engineering certification, or environmental hazard testing beyond visible observation.
